  1. Home tutoring, which is popularly called “home lesson” is usually a good side business to embark on if you know how to market your skills and and also master that skills.

One thing someone must note is that many parents like to use “home lesson tutors”… You need to be wise so that someone does not abuse your skills.

I’ve been in a situation where lied against me saying that I’ve been inconsistent hence she deducted my money and I was left with something close to nothing.

I quit all of that and I want to focus on freelance writing now. Though freelancing is not easy but with time one will benefit from his/her hardworking.

Just as Okon J. pointed out, if you want organizations and media houses to hire you, you have to guest post – A LOT. That’s how the big guys get noticed. That’s how I discovered this amazing man, Okon Joseph.

Thanks for sharing Sir. I do enjoy your post a lot. I like it when people are real in their writing.

I can relate to that home lesson thing but it can be time consuming and also rewarding.

Thanks Promise for always stopping by to comment on my post. I always appreciate it.

Home lesson is sweet mostly when you are working with good parent that understands the value you are adding to their child’s education.

For guest posting, you should never underrate it. I have not done much, but the few I have done has really brought me great clients and followers.

So If you chose to run a freelance writing business, you should do more guest post on authority blogs than focusing on posting on your personal blog.

The more your guest post get published on many blogs, the more you’re been known by more people. And you can never tell what can take place next.

Sometimes, you can get hired to write on the same blog you guest post on mostly when your post is engaging and still get view even after many weeks.

I will be investing fully into FREELANCE WRITING, as fast as possible though I do that as a Student Journalist (Campus Reporter). But I need to invest more time and energy.

I received my first salary as a Holiday Lesson Teacher and secondly as a Student Reporter.

    GREAT PEN
